I'm a Site Reliability Engineer and backend developer with 15+ years of experience building infrastructure and backend systems at scale. My career has taken me from crafting open-source OpenStack tooling at Objectif Libre to engineering automation for thousands of bare-metal servers at Amadeus, architecting cloud infrastructure at Airbus, and most recently developing AI-powered search and customer onboarding platforms at Symphony.

Designed and developed an AI-powered search relevancy tool leveraging semantic search and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques, implemented in Python, to enhance the accuracy and contextual quality of search results across the platform.
Developed the customer onboarding platform at Symphony combining a Python/FastAPI REST API with PostgreSQL persistence and Go-based Kubernetes operators (Red Hat Operator Framework), delivering full end-to-end infrastructure automation. Reduced customer onboarding from days to minutes and enabled on-demand test environment provisioning, replacing static configurations and accelerating CI/CD workflows.
Engineered Ansible and Python automation tooling to repurpose and manage a fleet of 7,500 bare-metal servers across 15+ Red Hat OpenStack clusters, enabling cost-effective scaling of user-facing search infrastructure.
Engineered and deployed scalable image processing infrastructure at Airbus, optimised for high-throughput and compute-intensive workloads. Automated provisioning and configuration of OpenStack clusters using Ansible and Python, reducing manual overhead and ensuring consistent, repeatable deployments. Implemented CI/CD pipelines via GitLab CI to streamline delivery workflows and maintain operational reliability across the image processing platform.
Led the technical development of CloudKitty, an official OpenStack component for rating and billing, fully integrated within the OpenStack ecosystem. Oversaw architecture decisions, drove development best practices, and coordinated contributions in Python to deliver a production-grade, community-adopted open-source solution.
